1. Who uses cookies
The Reevals website and service are operated by CREALAB s.r.o., Terézie Vansovej 1167/1, 050 01 Revúca, Slovak Republic, Company ID No. 50 156 896. You can send questions to support@reevals.com.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small piece of text data stored by a browser on a device. Local storage, session storage or another browser identifier may work in a similar way. In this policy, we refer to them collectively as cookie technologies where the same user choice applies to them.
Session cookies are generally deleted when the browser is closed. Persistent cookies remain until they expire, are deleted by the user or are replaced by a new choice.
3. Current measurement status
Reevals uses Google Analytics 4 (Google tag, measurement ID G-6BH4GS3BGN) to measure website traffic and use in production only. The Google script loads only after you allow analytics cookies. Development and test environments do not include the tag. Google Tag Manager containers and marketing trackers are not installed.
The provider is Google. Online identifiers and interaction data are sent to Google and may be processed outside the EU/EEA. Provider privacy information is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Existing visitors are asked to make a new cookie choice when this integration is introduced.
4. Categories
| Category | Purpose | Default status |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Secure sessions, login, form protection, storage of the cookie choice and functionality expressly requested by the user. | Always active. The website or account may not work without them. |
| Preferences | Remembering an optional appearance, language or other convenience setting beyond a single session. | Disabled until the user allows them. |
| Analytics | Measuring website traffic and use to improve content and performance. | Disabled until the user allows them. Google Analytics runs only in production. |
| Marketing | Measuring campaigns, personalising marketing or linking visits across websites. | Disabled until the user allows them. No marketing tracker is currently installed. |
5. Current list of technologies
| Name | Type and provider | Category | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSID or the session name set by the environment | First-party cookie, CREALAB | Necessary | Maintaining a secure session, login and form protection. | Browser session or server-session timeout. |
| reevals_locale | First-party cookie, CREALAB | Necessary | Keeping the selected account or session language available to the maintenance page during deployment. Contains only a language code. | Browser session. |
| REMEMBERME | First-party cookie, CREALAB | Necessary following an express choice | Remembering the login only if the user selects the option to remain signed in. | 30 days. |
| reevals_cookie_consent | First-party cookie, CREALAB | Necessary | Storing the version and categories selected in the cookie banner so that the choice does not have to be repeated on every visit. | 180 days. |
| reevals-v2-theme | First-party local storage, CREALAB | Preferences | Remembering the light or dark appearance between visits. | Up to 180 days or until preference technologies are changed or rejected. |
| _ga, _ga_6BH4GS3BGN | First-party cookies, Google Analytics 4 (Google) | Analytics | Distinguishing visitors and maintaining session state for website usage statistics after analytics consent. | Up to 2 years, or until analytics consent is withdrawn or the cookies are deleted. |
| Marketing identifiers | Not currently used | Marketing | Reserved category for a future tool that will be added to this policy before activation. | Not applicable. |
The production environment may change the session name for security reasons. Its purpose and category remain the same. Server-side CSRF tokens do not have to create a separate cookie and may be bound to the session.
6. How the choice works
- Accept all enables preference, analytics and marketing technologies.
- Reject optional leaves only necessary technologies active.
- Customise allows the preference, analytics and marketing categories to be selected separately.
- The necessary category cannot be disabled in the settings centre because it provides expressly requested functionality and stores the choice itself.
- Inactivity, scrolling the page or closing the banner is not treated as consent.
- The website remains available after optional technologies are rejected.
Optional scripts are kept in an inactive form before consent. The consent manager activates them only for an allowed category. A future integration must use the ReevalsConsent interface or the data-cookie-category attribute. After consent is withdrawn, further loading stops and known optional cookies are removed to the extent technically possible.
7. Changing or withdrawing your choice
You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer of the website or login page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. After a category is disabled, Reevals will not start any new collection in that category.
Some external scripts that have already loaded cannot be fully removed from browser memory without reloading the page. If this is necessary to stop an active integration, the settings centre will automatically reload the page after the choice is made more restrictive. Data that has already been lawfully transmitted is managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the rules of the relevant provider.
8. Browser settings
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking all necessary cookies may prevent login, secure form submission or storage of your choice. A browser setting does not replace the consent centre for optional technologies unless it represents an unambiguous and technically readable choice.
9. Legal basis
We store or access necessary information on a device only to the extent required to transmit communications or provide an information-society service expressly requested by the user. For preference, analytics and marketing technologies, we rely on prior consent under the Electronic Communications Act and the GDPR where the technology involves the processing of personal data.
10. Changes and contact
We update this policy when technologies, purposes or legal requirements change. We will display the cookie banner again after a material change. Version 1.1 is effective from 13 October 2026.
